Chapter 195 Nancy raised an eyebrow, utterly surprised by Louis' demand for an apology. Was he serious? Sure enough, Sarah exploded instantly, incredulous. "Are you kidding me, big brother? How can you expectto apologize to Lena? Do you even know who she is-" But before she could finish her sentence, Louis' face turned stormy. "Shut up! Who asked for your opinion here?" he warned, his tone sharp and unyielding. "Sarah, apologize to Miss Lena." Sarah froze, staring at Louis in disbelief. "Are you out of your mind? I'm your sister!" And the person she was supposed to apologize to was Nancy! The one Cyrus had a thing for! The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. "Apologize? Over my dead body!" With that, she hiked up her skirt and stormed off.

"Sarah, get back here!" Louis called out, frowning.

But she was gone before he could say another word, leaving no room for negotiation.

Watching Sarah disappear, Louis was both furious and frustrated. He turned to Nancy with an apologetic look. "Miss Lena, I'm really sorry. Sarah's behavior is my fault. I apologize on her behalf." Nancy chuckled softly. "Thank you, Mr. Louis, but it was Sarah who made the scene." Louis paused, understanding the underlying meaning in Nancy's words.

Her apology wouldn't change anything. Evergreen Global would still be targeting the Hernandez family.

Louis then looked over at Neil, not even needing to say a word this time.

Neil quickly waved his hands dismissively. "No need to apologize to me, Mr. Louis. Sarah offended Mr. Green, not me. If you want to calm the storm, Mr. Green's the one you need." Louis' expression went rigid. "Mr. Neil, could you possibly set up a meeting with Mr. Green for me?" No way. Almost nobody in the industry has ever seen the big boss of Evergreen Global in person.

Negotiations were always handled by a deputy, making Mr. Green notoriously mysterious.

"No can do. Mr. Green has said he doesn't want to see anyone right now." Neil's eyes lit up as he spotted someone, "Excuse me, Mr. Louis. Miss Lena and I have sbusiness to attend to." Louis wanted to say more, but Neil didn't give him the chance.

"Miss Lena, please cwith me. I'd like to introduce you to someone." Nancy nodded slightly, "Sure." As Nancy and Neil walked away, Louis was left feeling frustrated and deflated. How on earth was he going to make things right with Mr. Green? Meanwhile, upstairs.

Cyrus pulled out his phone, a smug grin on his face. "Judson, take a look at this! Nancy is my wife, and you have no claim on her whatsoever." On the phone screen was a picture of Nancy and Cyrus together, each holding a marriage certificate, both smiling sweetly.

Judson looked at the radiant Nancy in the photo, his expression calm, though a pang of bitterness twisted in his chest.

Cyrus, noticing Judson's silence, lifted his chin arrogantly. "See? We're legally recognized as a couple, so back off." "Oh, really?" Judson replied with a sarcastic smile. "And how do you expectto believe this isn't just a Photoshopped picture?" Cyrus' face fell. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"You can't figure it out?" Judson's tone was cutting. "A picture like this A can easily be faked unless you have alvideo to back it up, why should I believe it?"

Cyrus' face darkened. He wished he had recorded a video, but he'd been too busy taking selfies and posting them online to prove his point.

Seeing Cyrus' silence, Judson laughed coldly. "I knew you didn't have a video. But guess what? I do." Alwave of unease washed over Cyrus. "What are you talking about...?" What did Judson mean by having a video?
